Group Social Skills Sessions
We run engaging and supportive group social skills sessions for children and adolescents during school holidays and after school. Through fun, hands-on activities such as slime making, LEGO, board games, crafts and collaborative play, participants have opportunities to build social confidence, develop friendships and practise important interpersonal skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Sessions focus on areas such as communication, teamwork, turn-taking, problem-solving, emotional regulation and navigating social situations. Our groups provide a low-pressure neuroaffirming space where young people can connect with others, celebrate their individual strengths and develop skills at their own pace, all while having fun!
NDIS funding is available for eligible participants where the sessions align with their NDIS plan goals, funding arrangements and applicable NDIS guidelines.
These sessions are facilated by Raina and Lara.

School Consultations
We work collaboratively with schools, teachers and families to ensure children and young people feel understood, supported and empowered in their learning environment. School consultations provide an opportunity to discuss a student's individual strengths, learning needs, emotional wellbeing and areas of difficulty, and develop practical strategies to support their success at school. This may include recommendations for classroom adjustments, emotional regulation, anxiety and school refusal, attention and executive functioning, sensory needs, social skills, learning difficulties, behaviour support and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). By working together, we aim to promote a positive sense of belonging, strengthen engagement in learning and ensure students have access to the support they need to thrive.
